Concord Property was founded in 2007 by Jamie Cundall who brought his previous experience in property management to his lettings agent business. With years of experience working with people, he felt that it must be possible to do better than average and Jamie set out to provide a service of distinction.
Since then the business has grown mainly through word of mouth and client referrals. In 2015 the decision was made to move from our home base in the Manningtree area to a high street office in Harwich. We had 3 years there but made the decision to move back to the area where we first began so moved to a Unit on Quayside Maltings in Mistley. We still cover the Harwich and Tendring area and have many properties in Harwich which we manage.
We continue to believe that providing the best possible service is the only way to grow in an extremely competitive environment. Our ethos is to build relationships with our clients so they not only stay with us but also refer us to friends and family.

In December 2016 the Directors of Concord Property acquired the Wivenhoe based Estate Agency 'Rollo Estates' to be the Sales arms of the business. Rollo Estates has a long history of serving the community in Wivenhoe and surrounding areas and for this reason the Rollo brand has been maintained. However, the Directors now feel it is time to merge Rollo Estates into Concord Property and a rebranding of both agencies is now underway due for launch in January 2019.

Jamie is the founder and inspiration for Concord Property. With a management background in a care-based environment Jamie is used to dealing with all types of people and works tirelessly to provide a service of distinction.
Sales & Marketing Director
With a similar background, Pen is responsible for sales and marketing strategies. She prides herself in supporting buyers and sellers alike through the trials and tribulations of the property sale process. At the same time, she’s always pursuing ways to bring in more business, from participating in local events to social media.
Accounts & Lettings Manager
Jayde is our accounts queen and oversees all areas of finance within the business. She has an amazing memory, an attention to detail and takes every care to deal with any money belonging to landlords, tenants and contractors efficiently and accurately.
Charlotte manages a significant portfolio of properties, covering all aspects of the lettings process from start to finish, which makes for an extremely busy work schedule.
Jonathan has over 35 years experience in estate agency and is friendly and approachable, If you have any questions about buying or selling property Jonathan would be happy to discuss these with you.
Alicia works for us when she isn't attending lectures and doing course work at Essex University. Alicia brings with her skills of organisation, efficiency and a sense of calm to the team.
